ESTOS TÉRMINOS PUEDEN ESTAR SUJETOS A CAMBIOS EN EL FUTURO
Si vas a pedir una comisión asumo que has leído los Términos y Condiciones.
Te enviaré un formulario de Google con ellos cuando realices una solicitud de comisión para que los aceptes.
No aceptaré la comisión si no se aceptan los Términos y Condiciones
Generales♦Me reservo el derecho de rechazar su comisión si siento incomodidad con algún aspecto de la misma.♦Las comisiones se realizan por orden de llegada, aunque puede que se le dé prioridad a trabajos más sencillos.♦La Firma debe permanecer visible en todo momento y no debe ser removida.♦ Solo se trabajará durante días laborales.♦ El tiempo de entrega del producto final es de hasta 1 mes, en caso de que tarde mas se informara.♦ El tiempo puede variar por problemas personales, de fuerza mayor o salud.
Términos de Pago♦El pago se realizara por PayPal (Invoice) y MercadoPago (Link de pago. Solo Argentina).♦Se debe realizar el pago total de la comisión para reservar el slot.♦ No se entregara ni se trabaja en el pedido a no ser que se realice el pago correspondiente.
Términos de Reembolso♦ A menos que no pueda completar/finalizar la comisión, todas las ventas son absolutas. Por favor ten esto en cuenta antes de comisionar.
Solo se realizará un reembolso si no soy capaz de acabar la comisión.
Si esto llegase a pasar, haré un reembolso al cliente correspondiente al porcentaje de trabajo realizado.♦ No se realizará un reembolso si el cliente no queda conforme con el trabajo. Debe asegurarse de decirme todo lo que se deba corregir y detalles a tener en cuenta en la etapa de Sketch y Lineart.
Términos de Uso♦ La comisión es estrictamente para uso personal. No debe utilizarse para fines comerciales. Para pedir una comisión con fines comerciales debe de aclararse, los precios y ciertos términos cambian en ese caso.♦La imagen y los derechos de autor de la misma me pertenecen. Me está pagando para crear la imagen. Todos los derechos que pertenezcan al cliente (Ej: personajes, accesorios, ropa, etc) pertenecen al cliente.♦ Al realizarme una comisión, mis clientes entienden que me reservo el derecho de postear cualquier comisión que haga en mis galerías, con o sin el permiso del cliente.♦ Finalizada la comisión, el cliente tiene permiso de postearla en sus redes/galerías. En caso de postear la comisión finalizada, se ruega darme crédito, un link/la url de la cuenta o nombre. Esto también será hecho para el cliente a no ser que indique lo contrario.♦ Se ruega el uso de filtros como Nightshade y Glaze a la hora de realizar el posteo, se le entregara ademas del trabajo final, una version con dichos filtros aplicados.♦La Firma debe permanecer visible en todo momento y no debe ser removida.♦Prohibido el uso de la imagen en modelos "IA" y "NFTs".

If you are going to ask for a commission I assume you have read the Terms and Conditions. If you haven't they are in a button above.
I will send you a Google Form with them when you make a commission request.
I will not accept a commission if the Terms and Conditions are not accepted.
General♦I reserve the right to reject your commission if I feel uncomfortable with any aspect of it.♦Commissions are made on a first-come, first-served basis, although easier jobs may be given priority.♦The Signature must remain visible at all times and must not be removed.♦ I will only work during workdays.♦ The delivery time of the final product is up to 1 month, in case it takes longer it will be informed.♦ The time may vary due to personal problems, force majeure problems or health.
Payment terms♦Payment will be made by PayPal (Invoice).♦Full payment of the commission must be made to reserve the slot.♦ The comission will not be delivered or worked on unless payment is made.
Refund Terms♦ Unless I am unable to complete/finalize the commission, all sales are absolute. Please keep this in mind before commissioning.
A refund will only be made if I am not able to complete the commission.
If this were to happen, I will refund the client corresponding to the percentage of work completed.♦ A refund will not be made if the client is not satisfied with the work. You must be sure to tell me anything that needs to be corrected and details to take into account at the Sketch and Lineart stage.
Terms of use♦ Commission is strictly for personal use. Not to be used for commercial purposes. To request a commission for commercial purposes it must be clarified, the prices and certain terms change in that case.♦The image and its copyright belong to me. You are paying me to create the image. All rights that belong to the client (Ex: characters, accessories, clothing, etc.) belong to the client.♦ By making a commission to me, my clients understand that I reserve the right to post any commission I make in my galleries, with or without the client's permission.♦ Once the commission is finished, the client has permission to post it on their networks/galleries. If you post the completed commission, please give me credit, a link/url of the account or name. This will also be done for the client unless otherwise indicated.♦ Please use filters such as Nightshade and Glaze when posting. In addition to the final work, you will be given a version with said filters applied.♦The Signature must remain visible at all times and must not be removed.♦The use of the image in "AI" models and "NFTs" is prohibited.
